Shipping policy

You can choose your preferred delivery date when you proceed to checkout. We will dispatch your order the day before your nominated delivery day using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. For same day dispatch, your order must be completed by 08:00 AM.

We send our parcels with Royal Mail, using their Tracked 24 service. At checkout, you can add a mobile number to receive text updates and a link to the tracking information. They provide a delivery window so you are aware of when your parcel is going to arrive.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are unable to offer any refunds for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
