Refund policy

As all of our products are baked to order we are not able to accept returns for unwanted items. Should you order by mistake or change your mind, you can cancel your order so long as you contact us in plenty of time. The deadline to cancel an order is 06:00 on a Monday for orders placed between Thursday and Sunday, and 06:00 on a Thursday for orders placed between Monday and Wednesday. To cancel your order you MUST do so by replying to your order confirmation email which will allow us to process your cancellation.

Should you have an issue with the delivery of your order then please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email. Please ensure you have fully checked your parcel tracking by following the link contained in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS from Royal Mail.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are unable to offer any refunds for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
