What began as a passion for baking at home has grown into a small business dedicated to creating rich, luxurious treats you’ll want to gift, share… or keep entirely for yourself!

At Baked & Boxed, we believe that the best brownies start with the best ingredients. That’s why we use the finest Belgian chocolate, giving every bite a deep, decadent flavour and melt-in-the-middle texture. Each batch is handmade, baked with patience, and beautifully boxed, ready to brighten someone’s day or elevate your own sweet moment.

I've placed my order, when will it arrive?

You can select your preferred delivery day when you proceed to checkout, up to six weeks in advance. We will dispatch your order the day before your nominated delivery day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping. For same day dispatch your order must be received before 08:00 AM.

When on my delivery day will my box arrive?

We send our parcels with Royal Mail, using their Tracked 24 service. At checkout, you can add a mobile number to receive text updates and a link to the tracking information. They provide a delivery window so you are aware of when your parcel is going to arrive.

How long will my brownies last?

Your brownies are best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery and will store best in an air tight container. We always make our brownies using fresh ingredients so they are suitable for home freezing should you wish, but from our experience they don't hang around long!

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! You can personalise your gift with a message of up to 200 characters. Please add your message on the product page before adding a box to your basket.

I'm purchasing as a gift, will there be any price details in the box?

No, we don't include any receipts in the box. This information is sent via email to the nominated email address you entered at checkout.

I want to order multiple boxes to the same address, can I get a discount?

Yes! Automatic discounts are applied at checkout. For 2 boxes save 10%, 4 boxes save 15% and 6+ boxes save 20%. We can apply these discounts as multiple boxes are being shipped to the same address.

I want to order multiple boxes to be sent to different addresses, how can I do that?

For boxes to be sent to different addresses, simply add a box to your basket and proceed straight to checkout. You will need to repeat this process for each box, adding the relevant shipping address at checkout each time.

Which ingredients do you use?

In our brownies we use: Sugar, Butter (MILK), EGG, Dark Chocolate (18%)(Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Cocoa Powder, Flour (WHEAT).
